Age Restriction:
Our products are intended for use by individuals 21 years or older. We may conduct random ID checks to verify age.
Geographic Restrictions:
All products are legal in the Philippines. We do not currently face any regional restrictions within the country.
Digital Products:
We do not sell digital products; all items are physical.
3. Ordering & Payment
Order Placement:
Orders can be placed directly through our website.

- E-wallet Transfer
- Layaway Plan
Sales Contract:
A contract of sale is formed once your order is confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Options:
- Metro Manila & Greater Metro Manila (Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna): Same-day delivery via Lalamove
- Rest of the Philippines: 2–5 business days via GoGo Xpress or Flash Express
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Cloud Gears PH is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Responsibility lies with the third-party courier service.
Order Tracking:
Order tracking is available for all shipments.
5. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Return Policy:
All sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns.
Refunds:
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges:
Product exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items:

Return Shipping Costs:
If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
